More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Nice and large apartment on 3 floors in a small chalet in the old Verbier Village, 10 minutes walking distance from the center. The apartment is composed of an entrance hall, a living room with wood stove, a dinining area, a kitchen fully equiped and opened on the living area, on the 1st floor, one one master bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with a single bed, 2 bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower) and WC, a separate WC, on basement, laundry room and storage room.

We stay at your entire disposition in case of problem at any time. Practical information about the apartment and the resort in general will be sent to you before your arrival.
The building is located in Verbier Village, 10 minute walk from the center place.
Free bus run in the resort approx. every 30 or 60 minutes depending on the period (lines 4 or 7). The nearest stop is near the church (Verbier-Village), approx 2 minutes walking distance from the house.
The bus stop is the 2nd stop of the line when you go up direction Verbier, usually there is a lot of seating places in the bus.
The linen (bed and bath) are included in the rental price.
